Orange Glaze

1 cup confectioner’s sugar (125 g) 2 tablespoons butter, melted 3 tablespoons orange juice 1 teaspoon lemon juice orange zest Mix ingredients. Enough for 8×8 cake, or lightly on a 9×13.

Creamy Lemon Glaze

1/3 cup unsalted butter 2 cups powdered sugar 2-4 tablespoons lemon juice Melt butter. Stir in powdered sugar until smooth (may be like a thick paste). Stir in lemon juice a bit at a time until glaze is of the desired consistency.
