Creamy Lemon Glaze

  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2-4 tablespoons lemon juice
  1. Melt butter. Stir in powdered sugar until smooth (may be like a thick paste).
  2. Stir in lemon juice a bit at a time until glaze is of the desired consistency.
